Creating a Mastermind Circle
Mon, 2010-03-15 03:57 | by monicadearWhen we work as part of a team, we achieve more.
When you are on your own, you are limited by your energy levels and the number of hours in a day. When you are on your own, you are limited by your own belief about what is possible. When you are on your own, you are limited by your current circle of acquaintances and business contacts.
When you develop a mastermind group, you expand your opportunities. You leverage the skills and abilities of others in your group. You gain access to other ideas, methods, backgrounds, and reasoning capabilities. You grow your mental and spiritual muscles. You are unlimited in finding the "right" connections because you exponentially increase your contacts list.
Why do so many of us continue to think we need to "go it alone?"
I invite you to consider the benefits of joining or creating a mastermind circle:

Lessons in Success: #23 Shine your Light
Thu, 2010-01-21 15:20 | by monicadear
I'd like to share with you a beautiful quote from A Return to Love, by Marianne Williamson, who encourages to truly shine our own light.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond all measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, who I am to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won’t feel unsure around you.
